So, I decided not to take that position I wrote about in an earlier blog. I don't feel it's the right time to make the switch and I feel that I should live up to my obligation of staying within the department for atleast 5 more months. This will make my 1 year mark and I will be able to transfer at that time with out resistance. Sometimes when you don't know what to do. You should do nothing. Be still. The answer will come to you. If you overthink the situation. You could make the wrong choice. Making choices based on emotion is seldom the right way of going about it. A decision should be made with a clear mind.
